Fr-amily is a term I love to use. It means our friends that are like family. This Fr-amily outing was taken with my iPhone. :)
This Fr-amily outing took place in the lovely Fort Pierce, Florida, where some of the best fishing in the area takes place. We decided to go to a pretty desolate park that was right on the river. It was a bit chilly for FL and windy. We didn’t really catch anything but we all sure did have a great time.
The cast of characters includes:
- Us (Beau and I), and our three kiddos: Molli, Jax, and Nanette Lorraine.
- Catie and her son Grayson (Gray).
- Val & Marcus, and their three kiddos: Victoria, Jeffrey, and Preston (of which I call P-dog).
I’ve talked about it before but in case you missed it- Val and I have known each other ever since 2006. I met Catie while I was teaching 6th grade in Fort Pierce back in 2007- so, we’ve all known each other for a good 10 years. These ladies are my rocks. They get me, my antics, and craziness. We have seen each other go through some of the best (and worst) times of our lives. We’ve seen each other laugh, cry, make mistakes, and then make those same mistakes again. I am so lucky to have them in my life and I am lucky to know their awesome kiddos.
All of our kiddos get along so great too.
So, without further ado…
Welcome to our first ever (on the blog) fr-amily date! Enjoy our 40+ (photo story)….
Disclaimer: yes, I have their permission to use their names and photos of themselves and their kiddos.
