Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese in a large bowl; mix well.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the mixture for a little kick.
