- 1 pound breakfast sausage (uncooked, in the tube)
- 2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese in a large bowl; mix well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the mixture for a little kick.
- Bake them ahead of time and freeze in an airtight container. When you’re ready to serve, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes.
