For the Dip
- 2– 16oz cans of refried beans
- 16 oz prepared guacamole
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1– 2.25oz can sliced olives
- 8oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
For the Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
For Serving
- Tortilla Chips (we used 2 bags)
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine refried beans with seasonings/spices: chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until thoroughly combined. Spread seasoned refried beans mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Layer. On top of the refried beans layer in this order: seasoned refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and cilantro (if using). Serve with tortilla chips.

- Prepared guacamole can be found in the same section as sour cream and/or in your produce/deli department.
