Preheat oven according to package instructions for taco shells.
Brown meat over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through. Drain remaining grease. Add homemade taco seasoning and water to ground beef. Stir and cook over medium low until all water is absorbed.
While meat is browning bake taco shells according to package directions.
Compile tacos: Scoop ground beef into shells. Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, etc. Serve.
