Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 8 strips.
  3. Place a mozzarella stick in each strip, fold dough over, and seal tightly.
  4. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, and sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
