And the hubs love him some chicken pot pie stew slow cooker. Like for real. He’d eat it every day if I made it every day. Eh- he would eat anything all day who am I kidding? That’s exactly why he’s earned the title ‘Master Taste-tester’ around these parts, and I’m pretty sure he’s okay with that. 😉
But, let’s get down to business, and that business is this slow cooker chicken pot pie soup. You can make this as soupy as you’d like. *Hint: we like to make it extra soupy because we rip the biscuits apart and put them in in the individual soup bowls to get that authentic chicken pot pie taste, baby.

Suitable Side Dishes
To complement your Chicken Pot Pie Stew, consider serving:
Mixed Green Salad: A fresh salad with vinaigrette dressing balances the hearty stew.
Garlic Bread: Perfect for dipping into the stew and adds an extra layer of flavor.
Roasted Vegetables: Seasonal roasted vegetables can enhance the meal's nutritional value and add a burst of color.
Mashed Potatoes: For those who love a carb boost, creamy mashed potatoes can make the meal even heartier.
Tips for Quick Ingredient chicken pot pie stew recipe
Pre-Chop Vegetables: Spend a little time during the week to chop onions, carrots, and celery and store them in the fridge. This way, they’re ready to go when you start cooking.
Use Rotisserie Chicken: Save time by using pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Just shred the meat and toss it into the stew for a quick protein boost.
Frozen Vegetables: Opt for frozen mixed vegetables instead of fresh. They’re convenient, require no prep, and are just as nutritious.
One-Bowl Prep: Keep a large mixing bowl handy to combine all ingredients before adding them to the slow cooker. This reduces cleanup time.
Make Extra Biscuits: Consider making a double batch of biscuits. They freeze well, so you can enjoy them later with another meal.
