And these edible echolocate chip cookie dough bites with sprinkles are just that! Fun.

Our entire family had a blast making these and they are the best super quick sweet treat to make. I promise you, and let’s be honest with each other- who doesn’t l-o-v-e cookie dough?

Easy Steps to Make These Edible Cookie Dough Balls with Sprinkles

  1. Cream butter and sugar with a hand mixer. Add vanilla, milk, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add flour gradually and mix to combine.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into bite sized balls.
  5. Roll bite sized balls of cookie dough in sprinkles. Done. It’s seriously that easy!

This is where the kids stepped in and kind of took over. ;). It was a blast when everyone was rolling the balls and it was so cute to see how the little kids’ came out. None were perfect but that’s okay because we are talking edible cookie dough here!

Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites with Sprinkles

These edible cookie dough bites are perfect for a party or just a nice sweet treat. Packed with chocolate chips and covered in sprinkles they are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. 

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • sprinkles, to taste

Instructions

  1. Using an electric hand mixer beat together softened butter and sugars in large bowl. Beat until creamy in consistency. Add vanilla, milk, and salt. Mix well. 
  2. Gradually add flour, mixing until combined. 
  3. Add chocolate chips folding into mixture. 
  4. Make cookie dough balls into bite sized balls. Spread sprinkles on plate. Roll each cookie dough ball in the sprinkles until all sides are coated. Serve.  

Notes

*They will harden in the fridge so if preparing ahead of time, pull out of fridge 20-30 min before serving to soften cookie dough.
