Ingredients

  • Tea blend of your choice or bags
  • Sweet honey
  • Milk
  • Cooked instant tapioca pearls or honey tapioca pearls
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Brew the tea: Place the tea in a teapot, pour boiling water over it, and steep for about 5-7 minutes. Then strain the tea leaves.
  • Cook the boba: If you’re making your own boba, follow the instructions on the package. If you bought pre-cooked boba, simply blanch it in boiling water to soften.
  • Mix the milk tea: Combine the brewed tea, fresh milk, and honey in a ratio that suits your taste. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed.
  • Add boba and ice to a glass: Add the cooked boba and ice to a glass.
  • Pour the milk tea: Slowly pour the prepared milk tea into the glass.
