Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, and sesame seeds. Gradually add water and soy sauce, mixing until smooth.
- Roll small portions into balls and flatten into discs, adding toppings if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
