Seasoned to perfection with spices this chili recipe is ready in just 35 minutes, is super easy to make, and theres no chopping or dicing involved!
For the Chili
2lbs ground beef
2- 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes
2- 15.5 ounce cans dark red kidney beans, drained
2- 29oz cans tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Green onions, thinly sliced
Any color onion, diced
Brown ground beef in large saucepan, dutch oven, or stock pot on medium-high heat, until cooked through- about 5-7 minutes. Drain grease.
Add all other chili ingredients into the stockpot. Stir. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook on medium-low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid from pan. Simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve with desired toppings.
You can freeze the leftovers or they keep for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
