Description
Corn on the cob has never been so simple with no prep needed! An oven and 30 min is all you need to make the best oven roasted corn on the cob your mouth has ever tasted!
Ingredients
- 6 corn on the cobs, husk on
- Butter, salt, and pepper, for serving (if desired)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place all 6 corn on the cobs (husk on) directly on the middle oven rack.
- Roast for 30 minutes. Remove (careful hot!) from oven. Let cool until they are warm to the touch and remove husks. Serve with whatever toppings you desire. *
