These super easy marinated grilled pork chops are marinated in soy, chicken broth, and spices then grilled to perfection.
I can’t hold this secret in any longer….
These super easy marinated grilled pork chops are the bomb diggity. There. I said it. Because they are.
You know what’s even better? How fast these are to make and the minimal amount of ingredients that it takes to make these amaze-balls pork chops.
Side note/question: is amaze-balls even a real word? Asking for a friend. ? I’m not up on the lingo the kids are using these days. It’s my luck that amaze-balls went out so last week, amiright moms of pre-teens/teens? I’m a real mom in her mid 30s, with a pre-teen, so I’ve started using urban dictionary to try to keep up with Molli’s (my pre-teen’s) new lingo. Not. Even. Kidding. Tell me I’m not alone…
Since lingo is the new thing, let’s use some ‘ol lady lingo (as Molli likes to call my sayings) and get to these amaze-balls pork chops.
Here’s What’s Going Down in These Super Easy Marinated Grilled Pork Chops:
- The marinade– seriously. The easiest. Throw some chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon pepper seasoning into a gallon size bag, shake, and voila! Done. You’re going to marinate these pork chops for 2 hours up to overnight. You really can NOT go wrong with this easy marinade for pork chops. It’s da bomb. ?. P.S. I’m lazy, so I usually throw everything into a gallon ziplock bag the night before, refrigerate, and marinate overnight to grill the next day. It just seems easier to me. ;)
- Grillin’– there’s something about grilling these pork chops at medium-high heat. So-so-so good. We like to use medium-high heat because it seals in the juices and prevents the pork chops from drying out. However, you gotta watch your cooking time and do NOT overcook these bad boys. Overcooking = dry pork chops. No bueno.
When these super easy grilled pork chops are grilled to perfection, their taste is nothing short of anything amaze-balls in my mouth. I swear. Everyone in this casa’s mouth’s lit up like it was the 4th of July again when eating these.
The soy sauce gives these pork chops the main base of flavoring (soy sauce is my ultimate FAV flavor base), yet you have a bit of tang with simple “spicy” from the lemon pepper seasoning. It’s easy. It’s delicious. It’s satisfying.
So, grab the ingredients (you most likely have them on hand at home), your flip flops, and get to grilling these amazing and super easy marinated grilled pork chops.
You’re mouth and belly won’t regret it.
Promise…
