Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan.
- Whisk until the sugar dissolves and everything is well mixed.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and use as desired.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness: Add more or less brown sugar to suit your taste.
- Spice it up: Add extra red pepper flakes for a kick of heat.
