- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Blend avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
- Add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, dill, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk until you reach your desired consistency.
- This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake or stir before serving.
