Ingredients

- 3 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground meat and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, egg, and seasoning.
- Layer marinara, ramen, cheese mix, meat, and repeat in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan, bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
Notes
- Want a veggie version? Swap the meat for sautéed mushrooms or zucchini!
- If you’re feeling adventurous, try different ramen flavors for a twist.
- We use it with Tropical Fruit Salad (great actually).
